At Ulrike Quade Company, we develop performances within our Impact and context program, focusing on the power of art and meaningful collaboration.

Our approach focuses on creating impact and working in the right context, resulting in a more sustainable relationship with our audiences and a more efficient use of time, money and energy in developing performances.

Our productions are often more than just a theatrical experience. We share the themes from our performances through various channels such as workshops, podcasts, films, concerts and installations. In this way, we demonstrate the versatility of performing arts, strive for diversity in our audience and open up new possibilities both inside and outside the theater world.

“Yesterday’s puppets are tomorrow’s robots.”

Example: UNBORN

A great example of this approach is the theatrical concert version of “The Fetus Heaven,” titled UNBORN, which focuses on music. This production shows how we can use art to explore deep themes, while simultaneously exploring the boundaries of theater and other forms of art such as music, film and technology.

At Ulrike Quade Company, we continue to look for new ways to connect art with technology and society, always striving for meaningful collaboration and broad reach.
